The subject matter exclusively concerns the exercise of activities specific to fiduciary companies, involving the administration of assets on behalf of third parties, fiduciary ownership thereof, fiduciary intervention in exercising any associated rights, as well as the representation of shareholders and bondholders, as envisaged by Law No. 1966 of November 23, 1939, its implementing regulations, and subsequent supplementary, amending, or replacing provisions.
